Apartment vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Really enjoyed our Stay at Eduardo’s place. Beds were amazing and rooms can be dark for when you want to sleep. Apartment is on one short flight of stairs so easy to get in. There’s a balcony area at the top that is accessible. There’s also plenty of rooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience. It is a little bit outside city center but the peacefulness at night makes it worth it. There’s also a foosball and ping pong table that my kids really enjoyed. My only complaints were that there’s no dishwasher and one of the showers spills a lot of water out that is not worth using since floors get all wet…also main bathroom sink and toilets need adjustment, besides that, it’s a great place and we slept amazing!

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Viviana and her mother Claudia are two EXCEPTIONAL hosts. This place is wonderful in the building, but what stands out most is the hospitality, kindness and solidarity of the host. It's a perfect spot for a wonderful stay in Rome. My son and I were very happy there, "how at home" and we also felt very much accompanied by the hosts. Thank you!!! We will choose this place for Rome again, without a doubt!

I've stayed at Giampiero's apartment every time I have visited Rome, and here my reasons why. First off, Giampiero is a very great host makes you feel at home and comfortable. There is great communication. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and as always it is immaculately clean when you arrive. It is spacious, bright, comfortable. The location is near various metro stations and the bus is a few steps away. I can walk to the colosseum in less than 20 minutes and the same with the Termini station. It just feels like home away from home. I would give him and his apartment 100/100. I look forward to returning again soon and will always pick Giampieros's apartment as my home away from home.

We had stay there for 3 nights. It was a great experience we had with good hospitality. Easy cheek in . The location of flat great near to shops.

This flat was the perfect place for us to end our European trip! The host was helpful and accommodated our very early morning check in around 2 in the morning. Cozy bed, spotless bathroom, lovely little place. One note: this is a 3 floor walk up a spiral staircase but nothing too unattainable. Lovely space and location! Grazie mille!

The place is quite central, very convenient with many buses. The unit itself is great and very spacious. Would definitely stay again in future.

We stayed in several different airbnbs throughout our vacation in Italy and Elena's was by far the absolute best. Elena went above and beyond. To me, it's the little touches that make it a great stay. She had toiletries if needed, she had a variety of coffee, biscuits & candies. Her husband had excellent advice regarding restaurants. So much was within walking distance otherwise busses and taxis were very accessible. I highly recommend Elena's place. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s house! The location was great. It took only a few minutes to Vatican City by walk and the bus stops were close by. There were plenty of nice places to eat even in the early morning. In addition, the house also had a nice kitchen, so we were also able to manage to eat some meals at home. We’d definitely come back her house when we visit Rome again in the future.

We had an excellent staying, the neighborhood is peaceful but walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and if you like walking… even to the historic center. I stayed there for 10 days with my mother and her friend. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped if you want some home cooking. They loved it too and look forward to come back. Thank you Maria Pia and daughters for our excellent staying.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The host, Paola, was very generous with her time. She gave us a ride to and from the train station, which was super helpful. She even gave us a night time tour of the city! She was flexible with our check in and check out times. She was very personable and funny.😊 The Airbnb was well stocked with many helpful things. They pretty much thought of everything. A great place to stay!

I was very lucky to stay Mr. Domus' apartment. Domus have been very responsible person and proactively helped my late night arrival by waiting for me inside Airbnb. Location is great where is near to Vatican city and next to bus stop. All 5 rooms were very clean beds and clen shower rooms. My great experience of Rome started with good Airbnb. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

Good apartment in a great location!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Lots to do in the local area with tourist attractions and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless and very spacious with a beautiful terrace area.

Second stay (two years later) at this place: clean, tidy, and really well maintained. Simona and Stefano were extremely kind and responsive in their responses despite the holiday period. They resolved a small issue quickly and making sure not to disturb our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there are free parking spots on the adjacent streets and some useful public transport within walking distance. There are neighborhood restaurants within a short walk. I recommend this apartment for the structure (equipped with every comfort) but above all for the two hosts.

I stayed at Francesca's place with my two teenage sons. We had a fantastic time in Rome. Francesca was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions. She was very accommodating when I asked for early check-in due to our early flight arrival. She met us at the apartment, showed us around, told us about the area and transportation, and let us know about events in the area. The apartment was well stocked with essentials, plus drinks and snacks for us to enjoy. Francesca checked in with me a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. She was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures. We were comfortable. The location is good. It's a 10 min walk to St.Peter's square, and then another 10 minutes to the Ottaviano metro stop, which made it easy to get to the Colosseum. There are nearby buses but we enjoyed walking everyday. It was easy to get to/from the airport by train, but Francesca offered to arrange transport if needed

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

Out of the hectic tourist area’s yet minutes away by taxi. Amazing host, providing great local recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. Transportation process to & from airport she arranged was seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”
