Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

It has a living room with equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, a swimming pool, a covered terrace and its plancha.

Our 4-person cottage benefits from a quiet and protected environment and a layout to preserve privacy. Our guests share a large swimming pool with breathtaking views of the troglodyte cliffs. Beautiful home, very comfortable, 15 minutes from Sarlat

The Dordognote is a stone house typical of the region, recently renovated. It is located at the exit of a hamlet in the heart of the Black Périgord, in the middle of the most prestigious prehistoric and historical sites of France. It has a large living room of 40m² with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, iron, large refrigerator etc.

Sarlat, villa 2/8 pers, private heated pool

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.

Situated in the Vezere valley in a tiny beautiful hamlet of 4 houses and about 150 meter from the river the Vezere. Private pool. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides
