Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Récemment construite dans un style ancien avec des matériaux nobles, cette maison possède tous les codes d'une confortable suite de luxe pour 2 personnes. Nichées dans les arbres, les pièces de vie à l'étage de cette maison ont une vue imprenable sur la belle campagne normande. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour profiter d'un bon livre avec un verre de vin près de la cheminée et pour apprécier l'exceptionnel par la lumière. Du bois pour la cheminée est disponible en hiver!

If you like the charm of the old, the materials that have a soul, this place is for you. 100m from the Abbaye aux Dames, in a quiet little street, the major tourist sites and the hyper-center are within a 10-minute walk: Vaugueux district, port, castle, ... Free parking in the area.

If paradise exists, it is here in Normandy, in the heart of the Pays d 'Auge, at Mesnil Simon. The holiday home we offer has just been renovated in a kingdom of greenery and nature. Nestled in a landscaped park, this small Norman house full of charm, offers you all the comfort but also a refined and harmonious decoration. Everything is beautiful and beautifully preserved. The apartment is located upstairs from our house, independent access by outdoor stairs, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom n°1 30m2, bedroom n°2 16m2), a dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, wc. Provision of an umbrella bed if necessary. Optional breakfast available (€5) Guests can enjoy an independent garden and garden furniture

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.
