Suite in a stone farmhouse in Caen. In a hamlet in Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, on the edge of the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2 with a very protected south-facing façade. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon at 7 km, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min, Caen is quickly accessible as well as Cliff at 30 min. Quietness is appreciated !
