Apartment vacation rentals in Miami Beach

We had a wonderful time staying here! The inside of the place is gorgeous, just as the pictures show. Carolina put a lot of thought into making our stay special. When we got there she left some yummy snacks and bottle of wine. Communicating with her was easy and she was very accommodating. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony during the morning for coffee and in the evening. The pool and beach was perfect we enjoyed going every day. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach, you have to pay 25.00 for a voucher in the office in advance, then bring it to the guys who set them up. But, she also has beach chairs and an umbrella if you prefer to not rent. The grocery store and Walmart are walking distance but we took Ubers everywhere we went. We especially enjoyed the Hollywood broadwalk, rented bikes, lots of restaurants, live music at night on the weekends. It was a fun vacation with my friend and 10 year old daughter. I can’t wait to go back, I wasn’t ready to leave!

We had a great time at Robert’s place and would give more stars if we could! Everything that we could possibly need was in the apartment- fully stocked kitchen, linens, blankets, towels… you name it! The Murphy bed transforms the apartment to be comfortable for sleep but also plenty of space for the day. We will definitely stay here in future trips!

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

I loved the apartment, it was just like the photos. The building is very safe and I was surprised that it is very quiet and quiet. We enjoyed the beach, gym and pool. Everything was wonderful and we never had problems. We'll be back, without a doubt!

My stay with Instant Stay was truly amazing. When booking they provided me with an online itinerary, of all the great things to do in Miami Beach, how to get around, and parking - very informative + helpful. The hosts were pleasant and always responsive. The unit was clean, spacious, and the location was nice, easy to get around. If visiting Miami Beach, I definitely recommend staying with Instant Stay - you will not be disappointed!

This was our second stay at the Monte Carlo. Our place was great and will definitely come back again. The pools are always heated at a nice temperature. The beach is great with chairs and towels provided at no extra cost. This place is within walking distance to a Publix and many restaurants.

I came to Miami with my buddy to celebrate the long weekend and this location was perfect. Our host, Chloe, was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The area was convenient for ubering. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this air bnb.

Lightning can strike twice! Our second stay was just as good if not better than the first. Scott is the definition of a super host. He made sure we were taken care of before arriving to Miami. Proactive communication, great restaurant recommendations and a beautiful,clean home. 10/10 must recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Adlene’s place! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. Had a great stay at this spacious apartment. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay on a quiet street. Thought has also gone into fundamentals a guest needs on arrival, such as tea & coffee, washing liquid and laundry pods etc all sufficiently provided. Easy keyless check in, fast reliable internet and a secure and upbeat neighbourhood, walkable to supermarkets (Publix & Trader Joes) and all that Lincoln Road has to offer. Overall it was a Very SAFE, Clean and comfortable stay! Felt right at home and it was close to a lot of restaurants, and beaches. I Highly recommend this place. For sure I would reserve it again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was comfortable and well-located, just a quick 15-minute drive to downtown, which made it super convenient. One of the highlights was the metal doors for parking – they provided extra security and peace of mind for our car. Francisco was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us by allowing an early check-in since we hadn’t slept all night. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

Patrick was a very gracious and responsive host. The apartment was as pictured. Everything was easy and great. Would stay again.

The condo was a delight. Impeccably clean, great location and with all the amenities. The king bed was luxurious and the condo was very modern and comfortable. I couldn't figure out the Sling TV so I had to watch the Super Bowl on my laptop unfortunately. Other than that, the condo was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Loved the place! Felt like at home and it was only a 3 day short stay.Close to shops and restaurants!The unit was is nice,got nice lights everywhere,comfy bed,lovely kitchen and living room area.Really enjoyed our stay.Definitely will come back if ever back to Miami! Thank you! 🙏
