Book this home for the view! We loved our morning coffee on the deck watching the boats during sunrise. Many fabulous photo opportunities from the patio. We loved the access to a washing machine which helped immensely. It was a 30 minute walk to town, which we enjoyed, there is a BIG hill to return to the home, so wear good walking shoes. We walked 25 minutes to the Lepeda beach and enjoyed lunch there, a perfect beach for small children. That said, our favorite beach: Petani Beach. Vassilis will give you all of his beach/restaurant recommendations on a map. The home is hard to find, his pin takes you to the white house next door...just continue passed it to this rental. The home is a duplex, so there are neighbors next door, yet this wasn't an issue at all (they do smoke, and we don't, so we did smell cigarette smoke on occasion.). If you are trying to decide whether or not to rent this unit, DO IT. It's super clean, un-cluttered, and again, THAT VIEW!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Kefalonia! The villa itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating six people, and provides a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. The pool was spotless and well-maintained, with frequent cleaning ensuring it was always ready for a refreshing swim. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From the peaceful surroundings to the thoughtful hospitality, this villa made our holiday truly special. Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. We can’t wait to visit again!
