Cosy farm holiday cottage Dutch countryside forest

De Schaapskooi is an stylish, cozy and romantic holiday home in the Dutch countryside, near forests and heath land. The house is located next to our farm and was previously used as an animal stable and boiler house, but is now a perfect spot to enjoy nature and relax. The spacious living room has a view of the garden and our chickens and the bathroom has just been renewed! You have a private terrace. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a low sleeping loft with 2 single beds.

Rural location, directly on fishing and boating water, yet close to amenities. The guesthouse is a separate cottage on the farm and is equipped with its own kitchen, shower and toilet and garden with terrace. A private entrance and lots of privacy. Our chalet has a wonderfully spacious terrace with multiple seats/hammock spots. If you want, you can sit in the sun until noon. There is also a lot of natural shade because it is on the forest edge, because it is the last chalet on a dead end. This also allows you to be completely private. Present: Crib. The chalet is located on a quiet campground with swimming pool and cozy canteen. From the property you can walk/cycle into nature. You can completely relax there.

Het Buitenlokaal - Master night in the Drenthe nature. Enjoy peace and space in a brand new cottage (August 2023) in our old school just outside Dwingeloo. The cottage is located in the former staff room which has been permanently converted into a luxury space for max. 4 people. (+ possibly 2 babies) The tourist villages of Dwingeloo and Diever are within cycling distance. You will stay near various nature reserves where you can cycle and walk for kilometers.

You walk up the sand path for a walk or you take the bike for one of the fantastic cycling routes. For the golf enthusiast, the Golf Course of Tiendeveen is just around the corner.
