This stunning 2 bedroom eco home is finished to a very high standard throughout with many custom features and bespoke finishes. This home is truly a home for the future and is exceptionally eco-friendly with an air source heat pump (ASHP) providing underfloor heating throughout and a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system with built in pollen filters for extra warmth in the winter and a cool breeze in the summer. This lovely house is located in Linthorpe Village, walking distance to Middlesbrough city centre and Tesside University. Albert Park is just near by. All amenities and plenty of restaurants are just on the corner on the main street. James Cook is a few bus stops away. Great for short stay and also for long work commitment.
