Monthly Rentals in Middletown

This place was an amazing find!! There was a very small hiccup with the cleaning service not finishing up in time, but Matthew AND the cleaning service were extremely apologetic and over-accommodating. This did not hinder our stay other than having to make the beds when we arrived. Our adult kids arrived first, so they took care of it- they did not think to let me know so I could contact Matthew, or else he would have contacted the cleaning service to come back and take care of it for us. No biggy! The place more than made up for that- it is very private, spacious, cozy & comfortable with plenty of parking. It's sooo clean!!! Very contemporary and had plenty of room for us and our family. We visit the area yearly, and sometimes more often, so we have a lot to compare it to. Will definitely book with Matthew again!!

The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and overall cozy and beautiful. Judith was quick to respond if I had any questions. Will recommend as a solo trip or couples retreat.

The place was everything we needed for the few days we needed to be there, and we were happy to find how close a good grocery store was, as well as some decent places to eat. Everything we needed was there. Only once did I fail to find something I wanted (a cookie sheet), and perhaps it was there and I just didn't find it. We'd gladly use this location again.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway, we had snow during our check out, people shoveled the walk way and driveway for us and they were super flexible with both check in and check out. Very responsive and helpful whether related to the Airbnb or not. The location is wonderful and very convenient! Would 100% stay again!
