Totally perfect for a solo or couple stay in a lovely new build apartments. It’s was perfect for my every need.

A wonderful place and a wonderful host! The flat is beautifully decorated and furnished in a quiet location but not far from a high street with all you need. Corey was very accommodating and answered any queries very quickly. Highly recommend!

A lovely and cosy apartment in which every practical detail has been thought through. Very nicely located in a quiet part of Morningside neighborhood, which is not too far from the city center. We stayed 3 nights (4 adults) and used the IKEA day-bed to create a double bed in the living room which proved to be very comfortable. If we ever come back to Edinburgh, we will definitely consider Hamish’s Hame again!

Really enjoyed our stay in this large, private attached apartment to the host's home. Although we did not spend much time outside the home, there's a great sitting area with wonderful views. Host made sure we had everything we needed and was responsive to any questions we had. Bus stop conveniently located with 3 buses that easily reached to all the areas of interests in Edinburgh. Highly recommend this place!

Sinead's flat is in an ideal part of Edinburgh. It is very close to the bus routes and a short distance to the train station. The flat is lovely. It feels warm and welcoming with all the amenities. It is an ideal choice for a stay in Edinburgh.

Good, quiet location from the city. Driveble or use the efficient bus service. Coffe machine takes Vertuo pods - cannot get these in the supermarket. Sadly, couldn't use the TV on our 3-day visit. Off-street parking was good.

A brilliant place to stay as a small family. It’s not slap bang in Edinburgh but all the better for it: blissfully quiet (you really cannot hear the airport), a genuinely beautiful garden to relax in, but just 5 minutes drive from the free park and ride, which is 20 minutes into central Edinburgh. And made all the better by hosting from Robert, who was super friendly, a genuine pleasure to chat to, but without being at all intrusive. Would firmly recommend.

The East Wing of Islay House was very spacious and comfy. It was clean and tidy and did not lack any amenities. Sandra provided firewood for the fireplace and plenty of local information. The village of Pencaitland is quiet an peaceful with a shop/petrol station within walking distance and lots of short walks. There were lots of longer walks within 12-30 mins, including those in Edinburgh. Even better if: queen or king bed instead of double bed, description and external photos more accurately reflect that the accommodation is part of a larger house, and it is made clear whether or not both sets of gates can be shut to provide a full secured outside space for dogs. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend :).

We really enjoyed Kiera’s place! It was as described and well heated in the Scottish winter! The parking was convenient and the house was not far from public transport links into Edinburgh centre. Only note was most cabinets and dressers had host’s items in so there wasn’t a lot of space for our own storage. But overall a very nice space and good value for being so close to Edinburgh. Beautiful and clean home, exactly as per the listing. Host was super friendly and checked us in herself, giving us a tour and tips for the property. Short drive to the city and located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Only stayed the one night but would highly recommend.

The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities that we needed for a relaxing weekend. It was a nice touch to have toiletries available for guests, my teenage boys appreciated the huge television!

A well equipped and spacious flat, especially the dining/living room. Outside hot tub area was great too! Tim was a great host and always made sure to keep in touch. Thanks again, for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

A lovely, clean apartment with all the amenities and the little extras. Gintare was a very friendly, responsive host. I would definetly stay here again and would recommend it as a place to stay in Edinburgh.

The apartment is located 1.5km walk from the old town and 400m from the botanical garden. We visited Edinburgh for 2 days on foot. The apartment is very well appointed and there is even an adapter for French plug. the double bedroom has a small private shower /toilet room in addition to the master bathroom. We had a lovely stay there. outdoor parking spot for visitor, parking space on adjacent street ( free on we) Margaret was very clear and pleasant in her messages. We highly recommend it.

This is a lovely flat. very clean and comfortable with lots of characterful period features and furnishings. Spacious and bright. On quite a busy street but actually very quiet. Dora is a very helpful and welcoming host. I would definitely book it again.

Paul’s apartment was perfect for our stay and easily accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Everything needed for our stay was provided and Paul’s availability to answer any queries went above and beyond. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be just a short distance from the busy hustle and bustle of Edinburgh centre but close enough to get there easily and quickly. A real gem of a find. Thank you Paul for all your help and advice!
