It was absolutely beautiful and had the greatest time. I loved the bathroom and bathtub. That was my most favorite part. The bridge over the pond was a beautiful experience, definitely at night

Summer Hill is less than 15 minutes from Tusculum University and was close to everything we needed for our trip. The house was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The hosts were very responsive and kind enough to accommodate a special request that we had. The kitchen was fully functional and we were able to cook several meals during our stay. For coffee fanatics (we had a few), there is a Keurig and a small regular coffeemaker. There is a Summer Hill sign at the end of the driveway however it is black so if you are arriving in the dark, you cannot see it. The GPS takes you to a steep gravel driveway that was a bit tough for my mid size sedan but there is a back entrance that is smoother. Summer Hill is a duplex but the back patios are completely separate and private and it did not feel like we were in an attached house. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would book again.

Very nice home, very cozy. Would recommend if you are on a budget and need a quick vacation to the mountains. They have pets which are very friendly, and will not disturb your stay. The full bathroom was nice. Slept well although the bugs in the lights were kinda sketch, but no other complaints.
