The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Located in the slopes of Saint-Michel, with a view of the Baïse valley, the cottage offers a quiet and secluded setting from the main roads. Close to Mirande and Trie s/Baïse, it is 25 minutes by car from Marciac and 35 minutes from Auch. The village has a post office and a small bread/grocery store.
