The apartment was perfect, just what we needed. Quiet, comfortable and central. Meltem was a great host, really helpful with our check-in and was a huge help when we needed some local information and directions. Parking was easy on the square too. We will definitely be staying here again.

I am very happy we chose to stay here. The home and surrounding were beautiful. The host family were very friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was a real highlight. Even though the village is small their are market shops just 100m away where it is easy to get food/drink. Very close to some amazing beaches and view points. Would stay again. Would recommend. Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

The house was easy to get to, tidy and clean. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and a propeller in other places. We enjoyed our time in the garden, it was ideal for children. It has 2 balconies and 1 terrace. We spent time on the terrace in the evening and nights, it was nice to watch the stars. A place away from the quiet crowds in terms of location, a few grocery stores nearby are enough. Host was available every time I called. The host solved all the minor problems right away, we didn't have any problems. The beach near the house was enough for us, but there are beautiful and virgin bays around to go by car. We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. We can only recommend this house. We'll even be ready for a second time.

After a bus ride from the middle of Turkey we arrived in Bodrum, at the same time our oldest flew to Bodrum. Omer thought along with us and arranged affordable transportation. We were picked up at the bus, drove to the airport and from there to the cottage. On the way we did groceries. It is a nice simple cottage in a very quiet place with a great view of the Egeic sea. From the cottage you walk steeply down (and then climb back up) in a few minutes in your swimwear to swim. The sea is so blue and clean and has a delightful temperature. We swam at all times of the day and thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace when we did not swim. We really came for our peace and sometimes drove with Omer for some groceries. But you can of course also rent a car and drive to Bodrum or just visit some coves in the area. A 5-minute drive away is e.g. a nice bay where you can also eat and swim. We will be back!

TOP TOP TOP 🔝 Great house , well equipped ,clean, calm and secure ! in 10’ you can reach Bodrum marina/ center by taxi 100TL (4$). Very good location for shopping , 5’ walking to reach the OASIS mall , 12’ by taxi to reach the big mall “Midtown “. They are 3 restaurants (Turkish cuisine ) just 3’ walking distance from the house .Supermarket and mini market (open 24/7). Selin is always available for any info, query and help !! She advised us different locations for lunch / dinner and beach in turquoise water . Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend place .

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. He's a great host. Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)

Beautiful & peaceful place, beautiful surrounding, close to sea (5 minutes walk), nice view from your balcony and windows...close to public beaches, café, restaurants and others. a lots to do... very good services...
