I am very happy we chose to stay here. The home and surrounding were beautiful. The host family were very friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was a real highlight. Even though the village is small their are market shops just 100m away where it is easy to get food/drink. Very close to some amazing beaches and view points. Would stay again. Would recommend. Great Value.

From the moment we arrived, Levent's exceptional hospitality set the tone for a perfect getaway. He greeted us with a warm smile and freshly brewed cups of authentic Turkish coffee, which was just the beginning of his attentive and caring nature throughout our stay. Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you, Hülya!

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

Evin ulaşımı kolaydı, düzenli ve temizdi. 3 odada klima, diğer yerlerde pervane mevcuttu. Bahçesinde keyifle vakit geçirdik, çocuk içinde idealdi. 2 balkon 1 terası var. Akşam ve geceleri terasta vakit geçirdik, yıldızları seyretmek güzeldi. Konum itibariyle sessiz kalabalıktan uzak bir yer, yakınlarındaki birkaç market yeterli oluyor. Ev sahibi her aradığımda ulaşılabilirdi. Ufak problemlerin hepsini ev sahibi hemen çözdü, bir sorun yaşamadık. Evin yakınındaki sahil bize yeterliydi ama etrafta araba ile gidilebilecek güzel ve bakir koylar mevcut. Ailemle güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik teşekkür ederiz

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, alles war so, wie es beschrieben war. Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit die Hauseigentümerin kennen zu lernen. Sehr nette, positive Person und der Herr Engin, der uns abgeholt hat und zum Haus geführt hat, war auch ein sehr netter Mann, wurden sehr nett aufgenommen und wenn was war, durften wir uns auch immer wieder melden. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Für ein zweites Mal währen wir sogar bereit.

Na een busrit vanuit midden Turkije kwamen we aan in Bodrum, tegelijkertijd vloog onze oudste naar Bodrum. Omer dacht met ons mee en regelde betaalbaar vervoer. Wij werden opgehaald bij de bus, reden naar het vliegveld en vandaar naar het huisje. Onderweg deden we boodschappen. Het is een fijn eenvoudig huisje op een hele rustige plek met een geweldig uitzicht op de Egeische zee. Vanuit het huisje loop je steil naar beneden (en daarna klim je weer naar boven) in een paar minuten in je zwemkleding naar beneden om te zwemmen. De zee is zo blauw en schoon en heeft een heerlijke temperatuur. Wij zwommen op alle tijden van de dag en genoten volop van het uitzicht vanaf het terras als we niet zwommen. Wij kwamen echt voor onze rust en reden soms met Omer mee voor wat boodschappen. Maar je kunt natuurlijk ook een auto huren en naar Bodrum rijden of gewoon wat baaitjes in de omgeving bezoeken. Op 5 minuten autoafstand is bv een leuke baai waar je ook kunt eten en zwemmen. We komen terug!

TOP TOP TOP 🔝 Great house , well equipped ,clean, calm and secure ! in 10’ you can reach Bodrum marina/ center by taxi 100TL (4$). Very good location for shopping , 5’ walking to reach the OASIS mall , 12’ by taxi to reach the big mall “Midtown “. They are 3 restaurants (Turkish cuisine ) just 3’ walking distance from the house .Supermarket and mini market (open 24/7). Selin is always available for any info, query and help !! She advised us different locations for lunch / dinner and beach in turquoise water . Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend place .

Öncelikle biz Fatoş hanımı çok sevdik. Harika bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve son derece özenli. Evi çok temiz, büyük ve bakımlı bir bahçeye sahip, aynı zamanda da güvenli. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Hatta çok daha fazlası var. Kediler de bonusu. Özellikle Leyla'yı çok özleyecek gibiyiz. Tabii bahçeyi de... Burada sizi adeta harikalar diyarına davet eden bir bahçe var. Amacınız her gün koştur koştur bir yerlere gitmek değil de gerçekten biraz mola vermekse bahçedeki ağacın altında dinleneceğinize çok eminiz. Tabii dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde mahalle de çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak ev biraz daha mahallenin üstünde kaldığı için denize veya marketlere gitmek için araçla gelmenizi/kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. Kısacası Bitez’in kalbinde, her yere oldukça yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin ve huzurlu bir ev arıyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz şimdiden özledik bile. :)

Beautiful & peaceful place, beautiful surrounding, close to sea (5 minutes walk), nice view from your balcony and windows...close to public beaches, café, restaurants and others. a lots to do... very good services...
