Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

A gorgeous newly renovated characterful cottage situated in central Lymington. Lymington High Street is home to an array of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés. The New Forest National Park, with its free-roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle, is just a short drive away, as are the beaches making this the perfect base. We also provide a parking permit for the local car parks at the beach and forest allowing you to make the most of exploring during your stay
