Built in wood and stone by an artist in the 60s, restored in 2017 and offers modern comfort in kitchen and bathroom with sauna, yoga-shala, Japanese toilet, while keeping the original spirit of a relaxed "hut".

The annex of our house in the woods is a small cocoon in nature near the city center of NEAUPHLE-LE-CHÂTEAU 5 minutes' walk. Composed of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette, the annex is accessible by car to unload, street parking. Very bright, the annex allows you to enjoy a part of the garden also thanks to a BBQ and a small outdoor lounge. The house can be rented to other hosts but is on a different level not overlooked.

The Andrésis Nest

Come and stay among the trees, in the calm and total disconnection, just 1.5 hours from Paris. The Nid d'Andrésis was custom designed and built, with noble and ecological materials by a French company. Here, the interior and exterior blend into the landscape. This small all-wood cottage welcomes you in a 3-hectare park. A play area is shared with a second cottage (50 m and oriented independently). Great for families or groups of friends. Ideal for recharging your batteries, isolated in the woods and in direct contact with nature and the animals that come around the cottage. A tent can be pitched to accommodate teenagers, for example!
