Vacation rentals with a patio in Milpa Alta

The accommodation is nice, quiet, something far from the city center but you arrive easy, buy everything before you arrive because there are not many shops nearby, if they carry a car because there is not so much problem, but if you go on foot you have to prevent everything, it is not independent entrance since someone will be opening the main access door to the ensemble, if you plan to leave at night you have to take into account that, take your dishes and glasses as there are very few or pure cups, the refrigerator that me.toco did not cool the fan at all because it did not serve, there is a need for some trap because because the refrigerator did not cool it thawed and there was no trap, but in general we had a good time

The place is the same as the photos are very clean, Cristina is very attentive at all times, the directions to access are very clear Very nice the depa would definitely rent it again.

The place is simple but very well designed, and with a great little kitchen. The ground floor apartment opens out into a large shared garden with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Especially at sunrise and sunset. There is some noise audible from the apartment next door neighbours, and additionally at the weekends the hotel/bar across the road is open and quite lively. However, overall its a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place to retreat back to after a day in the popular and busy Tepoztlan central. Its also very easy to get TO Tepoztlan via the bus which you can catch outside for just 10 pesos. The person who you will communicate is called Jonathon - not Daniel. And the host is Yuri who is a wonderful person with impeccable taste in design. She also assisted me in booking a reasonably priced Airport taxi. Jonathan was very responsive and helped me with local recommendations and tips and also some other queries I had. Thanks for a great stay! I'd love to visit again.

The place is very quiet, the view from the room is spectacular towards the Tepozteco. The directions to enter the apartment were very simple and communication with Nelsa was very easy. The perfect place for a weekend ✨

Everything was excellent, it has super clean, the colony is quiet, Lili was always attentive, I even support myself because I forgot one thing. 10/10 the place, I super recommend it.👏

I was in Tlalpan for work and Colomba’s place was a peaceful oasis after a day full of meetings. It is quiet and safe and a short walk to the city center. It has a beautiful, peaceful garden that unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy because of work. The space is well organized and the kitchen has everything I needed for a full week there. The washing machine was easy to use. The entire place along with Colomba’s attention, checking in from time to time, made it one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Would love to return to rest and enjoy historic tlalpan

Just as pictured! Beautiful, and unique home. Very clean, and with lots of surprises, such as an adorable reading nook. Top floor has perfect view of the pyramid. Maybe a telescope up there would be fun! Will stay again 🥰

I had a great stay at Alejandro's place. The view is incredible. The furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is very central, and the condo complex feels very safe and calm. I would definitely remember it and recommend it to others.

It is very nice, as in the photos, in the corner there are some very good taquitos, if you are going to use the metro you are very close to the San Cosme station and in general it connects quickly with several areas of interest, we will definitely return. As others have said, this is a super well-located apartment and ideal for two couples or a family to share. The outdoor terrace is a big plus—we had dinner out there twice when we needed a break from CDMX’s terrific restaurants. We did not find it noisy. Victoria was quick to respond to a plumbing issue and got it fixed on a Sunday no less. Great neighborhood, close to bus and metro, wonderful stay. Also super convenient to have a doorman and a washer and dryer.
