Fully renovated apartment, situated in the first floor of a building with 3 apartments (Magic Escape 1, 2 and 3), amazing views with an excellent perspective of all the Porto's landmarks. Walking distance(200m) to port wine cellars and a few more meters to Porto's downtown. Near metro station, train and bus. The apartment is very spacious and is perfect for a family or a group of friends up to 6 guests(babys don't count). We offer free wifi, can also provide a baby crib and have free parking.

O exterior é constituído por vários espaços de lazer: jardim, piscina,esplanada, horta e barbeque. É um espaço ideal para descansar e poder divertir-se.

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
