Magnificent experience felt like home!!! The house is really very spacious, bright and above all very clean... Marco was a bright guy and always ready to meet any request he made, but above all very friendly... he opened his house to us and treated us not as guests but as true friends!!!

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.

Great base for exploring, so close to the beach, the mountains, the town. Really easy check in, everything worked as it should and the apartment is very spacious! We would love to stay here again!

Great and peaceful apartment with amazing views of the port and the rest of Ponza. Location is ideal too (within a few minutes of walking distance from the port). Vincenzo was such a great host: gave us some tips for things to do (restaurant, hikes and so on) and always there if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

Immediately proven to be very helpful and polite, Filippo and his home made us live three days of full relaxation, the house in the center a few minutes away by foot from all the attractions of the beaches included was to our liking. Air-conditioned rooms with TV in each. Everything is really beautiful! I'll definitely be back.

I was with my family (3 small children) in Barbara's home. It is located about 400 meters from the sea and we had a good time because there is really everything you need and the house is very well kept! The rooms are spacious and offer the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and there is a playground very close by. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara and I want to emphasize her kindness and availability in meeting our needs, as well as the flexibility she gave us for check-in and check-out. A really 5-star host! The Perle di Mare, was a perfect place for us to stay. Great security at the apartment building. It was close to the Train Station, the center of town, beaches. Great restaurants close to several grocery stores and other stores for shopping. And for me it was a fantastic place because it was close to my cousin's home with in walking distance just a few blocks from each of them. If I come back I would stay there again. Giulia was a fantastic host answered all my concerns with in few minutes. I would give her a 5 star rating.

Nadia was really very kind and helpful, very courteous giving us the interior space for cars. Very quiet area and very well connected both to the sea (200 meters away) and other attractions (zoomarine).

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

The house is very nice, clean and functional. The location is great, right in the center and a stone's throw from a large free parking lot. We had a great time.

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

A wonderful view from which you would never disconnect frame the accommodation, cared for with the kindness that distinguishes Silvia, her mother and her sister. The apartment is simple but very equipped, and equipped with precautions that are not always found in b&b (detergents, coffee, oil, salt, etc.). Despite the surprise (my mistake in not reading well because it was absolutely written!) in understanding that the space of the terrace I believed was private was actually shared, our accommodation did not lack anything, not even privacy. Four beautiful days, and a simply perfect location to explore Ponza and have all the comforts at your fingertips.

Elvira and her husband Marco were very very warm and super friendly!! They were always there if we needed help and were always available to us! The place was impeccable, clean and just sweet. The house is beautiful and you can fully enjoy the summer here😍 Towards the end, they even gave us a farewell gift, very very sweet and thoughtful.🥹 I can recommend this place and these hosts 100%!

Good Wi-Fi, a lot of space. Both rooms have twin beds, but there is one more single bed in the leaving room.
