It offers a private courtyard with a lush garden perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, fully stocked kitchen, AC Minisplit (new as of early 2023), and designated parking. This studio has its own private entrance, full bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. In addition, the studio includes a standing desk with a large second monitor to accommodate your remote working needs.

This quiet beautiful studio-style space is bright and welcoming. It features a soaker tub, walk-in shower, a comfortable king bed and balcony with bay views. Located in Point Loma, it is less than a mile from the beach and within 15-20 minutes of the most visited San Diego attractions. Rental is above our home. No smoking, parties or loud music. Please note the kitchenette only has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. No washer and dryer on sight. Above flight path.

Ocean Beach / Point Loma Cozi Spanish Studio

This unit is close to the beach, downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego airport. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach, stores, restaurants, breweries and bars. Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. Pets welcome. Mini refrigerator, microwave, a water kettle and a kitchen sink . Again, VERY small space!
