Vacation rentals with a patio in Mississippi

A spacious apartment on the first floor, with all necessary amenities. Very comfortable and very convenient. Reserved parking right in front. Very responsive host was much appreciated. Overall, an excellent stay.

Peachtree was everything we had hoped for our visit to Jackson, MS. We stayed in "Myrtle " and it looked exactly like the pictures. We will visit again and recommend to others.

My stay was great. Nice neighborhood. Very clean and Don was awesome as well. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place and so well-appointed...all the things you need! And, after a long day, I melted into the ultra comfy bed. I really like the place and hope next time I'm in Hattiesburg, Carrie's place will be available!

We have stayed twice at Brads place. It is very close to downtown ànd walkable to local businesses and events. The larger bed is very comfortable. I will say though this place is not baby toddler friendly in certain regards and is an older apartment .

Great location. Frank responded within minutes of each message and was most helpful with all questions. The duplex had everything anyone could need.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay! Easy check in, clean, comfortable furniture and beds and everything we needed. The location cannot be beat, situated on a quiet street with a quick walk to coffee in the morning and The Square at night. Next time we are in Oxford, we won’t even look for any other place to stay. The house was lovely and fit our family of 8 overnight. We all had a place to lay our heads, watch tv, heat up food and many other things available. We even played a few board games with the grands! Thank you Melissa!

We stayed here for a football weekend. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Jonathan was nice and responsive!

This place was able to accommodate us such Short notice . Due to unforeseen circumstances we weren’t able to get in our original home . They were very responsive , they gave clear instructions , the home was even better in person than the pictures . Very clean and lots of space . Because of this we were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner and Thanksgiving was a success for me and my family . They even provided lots of dishes and blankets . Such a lovely home , definitely will stay again . One thing we were grateful for, For Thanksgiving Was this home 🫶🏾

Perfect for a large family. Secure fenced in back yard for our pets. Kitchen & dining room has plenty of space for family to sit and eat. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water when taking showers. Living room area has sitting room & a great tv for movie night.

This place is amazing, I stay in Ocean Springs often and this is going to be at the top of my list of my favorite Airbnb’s… location is absolutely perfect, host was extremely helpful, I brought my two small dogs and the yard was perfect for them.

We stayed for a quick visit while taking my son back to University of Georgia. The house was cute and cozy - just perfect for the two of us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again on our next layover from Oklahoma to Georgia.

Our stay at Marco’s place was great. We had some minor inconveniences, but once expressed to Marco, he addressed them quickly. He did ask what could be done to better future stays for other vacationers. Which was very nice, and very minor things was expressed, but he was completely open to them! Would book again, very short walk to the beach, and the pool was never overly crowded. We enjoyed our stay!

Samantha is an absolutely wonderful host!! She had a very nice welcome sign on the table with wonderful treats for each of us to include treats for our fur babies. The property was as clean and spotless as described. It was a welcoming, relaxing and safe place for my family since we had evacuated from Florida as a result of Hurricane Helene. Once the storm passed, she even followed up with us to inquiry if we had any property damage to our home as a result of the hurricane. We enjoyed it so much that we have saved the listing to re-book in May for a birthday celebration trip. Thanks so much Samantha for your warm hospitality and can't wait to return!!

Great location…easy to campus, dining and the district!!

Khamseo was amazing from the start. I was in town for a long term stay for work. She worked with me on my check in because I worked nights. She responded quickly assisted me with a spare key. The home was furnished with all cookware necessary. The location is great because it is between Pascagoula (work) and Biloxi. I’ll be coming back here for my next work trip.

Great location to Ole Miss campus. Niki was a great host. The place was very clean. Definitely going back.

Ashley a Scott were wonderful. The condo was beautiful and I knew I was going to feel relaxed the minute I walked through the door. I had family stuff that left me unable to spend as much time there as I would have liked but will most definitely be returning. I can’t say enough about the condo and the host. It was amazing.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay when we have visited our daughter at Ole Miss! The location is the closest we've been to the square, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and so friendly! This is at the top of our list for places to look for availability going forward!

We loved staying at this house, my kids were excited about the stairs. We really, really loved the home. We were a little disappointed because the beach was not what we thought and we got stung by jellyfish. Of course it has nothing to do with the home, we would stay there again if we are ever in the area.
