Inside the private Pavilion gardens you will find two separate cottages - Olaf and Tilia. They are ‘tiny houses’ – small but perfect with every amenity and fully self-contained. Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. Both have outside fire pits for marshmallow toasting on brisk Highlands nights. We are 5 mins drive from both Mittagong and Bowral main streets.

Recently renovated. Built in the 1870's, Welby Park Manor is one of the oldest homes in the Highlands. The Chapel is a freestanding sandstone guest cottage with private entry and outdoor area. The property is a two-minute drive from the Mittagong shops, a seven-minute drive to both Bowral and Berrima, and close to local wineries and restaurants. Chagall's Shed

A rustic hideaway at the bottom of our half-acre garden under gum trees filled with native birds. There's a small private garden at the rear, a sprawling vege patch and the fire pit in front. The 5x8 metre building has a small ensuite and bar fridge. There's no TV but the WIFI is fast and a projector with HDMI connection is discretely placed to project streamed cinema onto the wall. We are just 2km from the town's best cafes and Mittagong Station.

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!
