Berlin visitors are obliged to pay an additional Tourism tax. It is 5%, but can be avoided when on a buisness trip.

Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

So green in the middle of Berlin! 7 minutes to the train and subway!

Only about 7 minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station "Wuhletal" is Berlin-Kaulsdorf,until 100 years ago a village,now one of the greenest districts of the city. Here is your spacious row end house in a small courtyard with villa, terraced house with 6 parties,the carports, large garden and access to a field where you can take an extended jogging tour. You can get to the city center quickly. The nearest supermarket is about 600 m away,more about 1 km.Biomarkt 2 km/1 subway station.

Surrounded by shops and is just 5 minutes away from the nearest underground station and direct from the airport by train(SBahn). The bus takes you within minutes to cool spots such as Kreuzberg and the underground (Ubahn) takes you to the more touristy areas like Mitte in just 15 min. Queer friendly ♥️

Close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. Wedding is part of the central district (Mitte) but it is a generally quiter area than Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some very good food options and nightlife opportunities.
