Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

Sunny and quiet location directly at the valley run, t-bar lift, ski school and bike park. Ski in/out, bike in/out. Ideal starting point for all kinds of sports, summer and winter. Playground at the house. We are bike home partner: lockable storage room, laundry service (for a fee), bike assembly stand incl. tools.

The furnished room is designed by the well-known designer and architect Matteo Thun. It has a shower room, smart TV, Nespresso machine, microwave, hob, kettle and dishes and is located on the 3rd floor. It has a size of about 22sqm. We are very centrally located. The nearest underground station "Poccistrasse" is only 100m away. The Theresienwiese meadow with the famous Oktoberfest can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
