The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in just a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Please simply note in the text when making the request. The tourist tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

The Alpe Garmisch - 80 square meters apartment Gams

The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
