Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The big terrace with magnificent mountain views offer garden furniture to eat and relax. For the children, there is a slide, a fence keeps small children at the house.
