Vacation rentals with beach access in Moab

Great place thanks for having us!

This is probably the most unique Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Truly off the beaten path and very cool to have such a lovely place within a cave. Stars and surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. While the road is a tiny bit rough, we had no issues coming and going in our Subaru Outback. I was also pleasantly surprised to have such a hot shower in the shared bathrooms. The management team was proactive and communicated everything clearly that we needed. I will say this is about 40 minutes from Moab so if you plan to go in and out of town, it may be a bit far out, but worked for us! Next time, we would plan to bring more to cook at the place. :)

I absolutely loved my stay here! There was plenty of room for the entire family to have their own space. There is also great areas to gather together as a family. I was very impressed with Brian and how on top of everything he was. I knew if I ever had a problem I could contact him and he would respond promptly. I would highly recommend staying at one of Brian‘s properties. He was a great host and our family loved our time in his house.

The location cannot be beat! If you are looking to have a quiet place close to nature, without the crowds, this is it! If you are looking for luxuries and first class amenities then stay in Moab at the Red Cliffs Lodge. Know what you are signing up for: a challenging but gorgeous drive-in, in an isolated spot where you need to bring everything you need with you and a go with the flow attitude . The reward is like staying in a National park without the crowds. There is an incredible patio in a truly majestic spot, kayaks, a tortoise, amazing hikes and a sky full of stars. Tom is easy to work with and quite the character. We loved it and would be thrilled to go back. A very unique and special airbnb.

Was looking for an adventure -something off the grid. My daughter and I stayed at the main house and it was everything we could ask for. Peace and quiet- surreal landscapes, and a unique home! All the scenery you can find around Moab are right in your backyard. Hiking ridge lines and boulder navigating right outside the door! Amazing stay and wonderful host! The drive to Tom’s place is provably one of the most scenic, epic drives I have done. I will be back!

Truly a one of a kind experience. Can’t say enough positive things about Tom and his place. If you are looking for something rustic but comfortable with amazing scenery, peace and solitude, and lots of outdoor activities, this is it.

Wow!! My family and I had an absolutely incredible time staying in the male hogan (our young kids slept on the floor)! It was definitely the #1 highlight of our 8 day road trip through Southern Utah. A fun drive in, such beautiful surroundings, a unique home, a fantastic host, just a top notch experience that we’ll never forget. I’d return in a heartbeat and stay a few more nights if I could. Gorgeous country to explore all around. Tom is a fantastic host and so helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Luxury Downtown Condo 1 in April 2025. The unit is centrally located in short walking distance to main street restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. It is as nice as indicated by the pictures and the description in the listing. Will definitely check its availability when visiting Moab the next time. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s place! It was my self, husband and three kids. The kids loved the loft and hot tub. The space was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home while we explored Moab and enjoyed both Arches and Canyonlands!
