The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The caves provide an incredibly unique experience for the more adventurous travelers. **THIS LOCATION IS 45 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN MOAB/ARCHES NP** Your cave is equipped with queen bed, kitchenette, sink, microwave, mini fridge, French press, BBQ grill, fire pit, stove burner, cooking basics (see photos.) A centrally located bath house with 4 private units is used by all guests on the property.

People have called the outdoors space an oasis.
