Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Or just relax on the large screened in back pouch and covered picnic area with a gas grill. Only 15 minutes to the beach

In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture.
