The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat and a blow up mattress on legs. The front hall has a twin and trundle bed. There is a second bathroom in the living area. A kitchenette with coffee pot, convection toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and large dining table for meals or to work.

The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.
