This old renovated barn of 268m² in wood and white stones from 1859 with a view of the valley and 1.7ha of non-enclosed land is located in the south of the Lot in Castelnau-Montratier in the heart of Quercy Blanc, composed of 3 cottages, a Tipi (May to September) with swimming pool, spa, common room of 90m² with fireplace, large covered terrace of 80m². This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Capacity 14 people (16 with Tipi). 1 cottage for 6 people, 2 cottages for 2/4 people and a tipi for 2 people.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Gite (*** 98 m2 apartment for up to 5 people) offers secluded privacy with its private covered terrace and garden. It kept its rural style and has a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, a shared shower room and toilet. Enjoy our magnificent pool in summer.

Upper part: 2 bedrooms , a bathroom and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels not included. The rate fluctuates according to the number of guests: beyond 2, it is 8 euros more per person per night.
