Charming 50 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque villa area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Want extra sleeping space? No problem – the living room has an extra bed. Charming apartment in Mölndal, with perfect connection to tram and bus. Just 10 minutes to Liseberg and 15 minutes to Ullevi/Scandinavium. Walking distance to Mölndal's city center gives access to shopping and food places. Free parking, including charging for electric cars. A stone's throw from Safjällets illuminated running track for a nice run/walk. Just 100 meters from an exquisite bakery (open Mon-Sat). The apartment has a 120 cm bed and a 160 cm wide sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the city, water and nature. In the house, there is also a pastry shop and ICA store on the entrance floor as well as a common courtyard on the 4th floor with greenery, outdoor furniture and a greenhouse. Only 10 minutes to Liseberg. Only 10 minutes to the sea. Neighboring Änggårdsbergen Nature Reserve, with connection to the Botanical Garden.
