Completely renovated in August 2025, the apartment is located in a residence that offers a large swimming pool and a tennis court, representing a perfect place for relaxation and leisure. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary.
