On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The Straw Clay House

Welcome to Strohlehm'zhaus, where the combination of wood, clay, and straw not only creates extraordinary architecture but also offers an eco-friendly and cozy atmosphere. The quiet location and the large garden offer relaxation. The accommodation is centrally located: 2 km to the lake, 200m to the vineyards, 1 km to the train station, and 1 km to the bike path (National Park). It's the perfect starting point for many excursions: thermal baths, Mörbisch festival, outlet shopping, and Vienna.

Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The house perfectly accomodates up to three couples, two families or a group of up to 7 guests - or use it as your home office at the lake. Enjoy the sauna and afterwards dive into the lake. Enjoy water and sun on your private sundeck or from the terrace upstairs. Have dinner with friends and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guesthouse is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is available nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental on the beach for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
