Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Monchique

It was just the perfect holiday for our extended family. We all felt super comfortable and enjoyed this house with just everything you could want for a perfect vacation from the first minute! It can't get any better!

We were greeted in Lou and Jac's beautiful house with a bottle of wine and a basket of freshly picked oranges left for us. The house is spacious and cozy, clean and well equipped. The hosts were attentive and friendly. The house is in the countryside not far from the village. We felt right at home, Great experience!

We absolutely loved this place! The house is charming, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable and easy to live in (lots of space, room to unpack, a very well provided kitchen). The gardens are lovely with incredible views over the mountains, and my daughter enjoyed playing there. We went on some lovely local walks. Malgorzata and Simon went out of their way to help us settle in. All round, one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Thank you!

Loes and Mario gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The accommodation was just as described, a beautiful, quiet and relaxing location. Very private with lots of outdoor space to use. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a great holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, a lovely warm and welcoming couple. Had the added extra joy of their two beautiful and very well behaved dogs and playful cat. Look forward to our next trip as we will definitely want to stay with them again. Can't thank them enough for making our stay very relaxing and comfortable. xx

Nelson was very friendly at the welcome and occasionally sent messages if everything was going well with us. The cottage was a bit remote about 12 minutes from Aljezur. The road to it is a bit difficult to drive, but we got it used to it quickly. The cottage itself was very nicely maintained and clean and everything we needed was present (kitchen equipment, towels, washing machine...). There were 2 full bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms (a little dated). The domain had a wonderfully private swimming pool with beautiful views, which we have used daily. Keep in mind that there is no wifi and also only 4G range...sometimes on the terrace. We once enjoyed kicking off all our electronics. :) When we needed full internet, we went into town. In Aljezur there are several grocery stores and restaurants.

House in excellent location, spacious, with plenty of land, ideal for resting. Great for groups and families. The pictures don't do the house justice, bigger than we expected. As the terrain is turned south to the pool always at an excellent temperature.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a tranquil place in the midst of nature in Monchique. Yvonne is a great host and super helpful with recommendations. Hoping to be back someday!

the ultimate stay, spacious and very beautiful house. The outdoor pool couldn't use because it was cold!!! the Turkish bath indoor swimming pool are fantastic. with access to the gym and garage spot. all 5 star townships. site to repeat in the future

We stayed with 3 people in the accommodation at the beginning of April and had a fantastic vacation. When checking in, everything went smoothly and also the check out was super easy. The apartment is well built and very nicely furnished, we felt super comfortable right away. The highlight is the balcony, from which you can look directly at the sea, which invites you to sunbathe due to its size. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants were all within a 5-minute walk. The nearby beach is a sandy beach where you can walk for miles. We felt very comfortable and would book and recommend this apartment again and again. Fantastic and relaxing holiday in Algarve.

One of the best places we’ve stayed!!

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

Teresa's apartment is well organized and equipped with everything you need, even beach umbrellas. It is in a great location, in the historic center but in a quiet and peaceful street. It's an attic with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops. Teresa is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our stay couldn't have been better! Margarida was very responsive and gave all the necessary indications to find the apartment, in addition to allowing us to check in before the time. The apartment was very organized and we were offered a bottle of wine and water, which knew very well! I can highly recommend it!

big and modern apartment with great views and has everything you need for a stay in the algarve. Easy walk into the old town and by car can easily visit beaches and other towns. The kids loved the pool so a big tick for families or anyone just looking to relax for a few days.

We (couple with a daughter of 1,5 years) had a pleasant stay in the apartment of Ingmar. The instruction was really clear to find it and enter for the first time as well as all other recommendations. The house is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen had everything to prepare a good meal after a sunny day at the beach. As the apartment includes a cot and high chair we can recommend it for others as well with children.

Ana is the perfect host and her flat couldn’t be more conveniently located for the sea front and a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The place had everything you need, was spotlessly clean and well-served by a huge swimming pool. I was well looked after by Cátia, her cleaner and Uber driver, who couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent, highly recommended

A truly enchanting place close to nature, where we could relax and enjoy the proximity to the sea with a fantastic view. I especially found that there were real houseplants in the apartment and also on the fantastic terrace. Wonderful place for the December vacation. A rental car is advisable as the complex is a little outside. We will be happy to come back.

Wow what a beautiful experience! Anita went above and beyond so kind and helpful. From having food and wine waiting to helping us get bus tickets back to Lisbon and everything in between.
