At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

Apartment in Historic 1950s-Villa

Independent studio, with kitchen, bathroom and large outdoor space in an elegant "Wright" style Villa, designed in the 1950s, located in the village of Mondello (Palermo), right accross the street from the beach. It can confortably accomodate 3 aldults; sacrifing some space it's possible to add a folden bed suitable for a baby not older than 3.
