A wonderfully located property! The rooftop veranda is ideal for sunrise and surveying the landscape. The small kitchen has the basics for simple meal prep. Traditional old home full or character. Comfortable bed and quiet end of the town.

The location was great. The large balcony had a great view of the sea. You could hear the waves as you slept. It was a 30 minute walk to the castle and a short walk to many seaside restaurants. Also a 5 minute walk to the supermarket (which was well stocked). Eleni left some her own oranges and olive oil and some other miscellaneous things which was very nice.

I have been using Airbnb for many years and my stay at Anna Maria's "Kourkoula House" was by far the best I've ever experienced. Not only is it a hidden gem (waking up just meters away from the Greek sea), but the kindness and warm hospitality of Anna Maria and her father were one of a kind. The house is easy to find as it's one of two private houses located on the main road before the fortified medieval village of Monemvasia, which is pedestrian. While it's right above the main road where there is indeed some passage, the terrace is full of vegetation and flowers and beautiful plants which almost perfectly conceal the vis a vis - all while offering the most magnficent sea views! A picture-perfect set up for a glass of wine at sundown... Anna Maria is extremely responsive and was very accomodating with our check-in/out. Her father and herself were simply put, one of the nicest hosts we've encountered. The photos are only but a glimpse of how beautiful and unique this place truly is!

beautiful house we enjoyed our stay. Warmly spotless ideal for relaxation. It is located 5 minutes from the castle of Monemvasia with nice views and quick access to supermarkets coffee bakeries. The communication with the host excellent and direct while they helped us a lot with great options for taverns restaurants. THANK YOU VERY MUCH .
