Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Alloggio privato al piano terra di una villetta bifamiliare moderna. L'alloggio è composto da un'ampia zona living con cucina integrata ed una camera da letto con caminetto, entrambe con accesso alla terrazza, due bagni, terrazza esterna e cortili da ambo i lati. Presente inoltre locale con sauna e cyclette. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo cani, gatti, cavalli e asini. Per questo motivo si richiede la pre approvazione per feste o altri eventi.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Dimora San Carlo, just three kilometers from the Historic Center of Alba, offers the opportunity to sleep among the vineyards, pampering yourself with a heated Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath, Sauna and Swimming Pool.
