Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monferrato

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Cottage located at the bottom of the village (if you arrive from the hinterland; at the beginning if you arrive from the sea), very clean and tidy. The small outdoor area with table, chairs and deckchair allows a little relaxation at your fingertips on beautiful sunny days. The location is optimal for long or short walks or bike rides. All the essential amenities are nearby. Seratina and Ivo are responsive and discreet hosts, ready for any kind of request and never invasive.

Valerio and Michaela were wonderful hosts. The house has a breathtaking view of Rapallo and the sea and is overall very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and our welcoming hosts!

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

Feels like home! Nice to have a shared garden with a family and their dog. You should know that the only restaurant in the village (Infernot) has closed permanently and there are no other cafes, etc. unless you drive a few minutes.

We stayed at Elena and Stefanos for 3 nights over Easter, the accommodation is extremely well thought through and designed, the wellness area is exceptional and the perfect private relaxation. Elenas help and local tips made our stay perfect, we will certainly return! Thank you Elena and Stefano for making such and amazing Airbnb experience! Everything is great. Massimo's place is in the center of Magenta but very quiet and can be reached in a few minutes walking distance from the train station. There is a parking space directly behind the house. There are nice restaurants and cafes nearby and various shopping.

A super friendly host awaits you. There is more to the apartment than we expected. In addition to a sparkling clean apartment with comfortable beds, a very well-equipped kitchen ( without dishwasher which is also not necessary for us), 2 bathrooms each with toilet, a beautiful covered terrace and fast internet, there is also everything for breakfast and that at no additional cost. In the fridge also various juices and water. Everything fits here. We will be happy to come back as soon as we are in the area.

Had a great stay, Chiara was very accommodating. The apartment is very functional and in a great location. Parking a little difficult on market day, but manageable. We’ll be back.

We can only confirm the previous positive recessions: - Magnificent views including sunset. - The apartment corresponds to the photos, is quietly located and spacious also for 5 adults. - The kitchen equipment is sufficient. If something is missing, just ask. - Howard and Sara are available at any time. - The place is what we expect from Airbnb listings: private accommodation with in-person contact with locals and still privacy. - Thanks for the many tips. What to note: - The journey is partly narrow and steep, but doable for experienced drivers and cars that are not lowered. - The shower is more for slim people. - A bedroom doesn't have windows. To get daylight in the room, an opening without glazing in the form of a semicircle was recessed on a wall that adjoins the living room. - The charging speed for electric cars is extremely slow. We are happy to recommend the place.

This is our second time coming back. The apartment is nice, cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Being immersed in the vineyard conveys a sense of peace and relaxation. Renata is welcoming and always available to provide the most disparate information, and her wines are really great. Visit its cellar and listen to its history, you can't help but be passionate about it.

We had a lovely stay at Elisabetta’s property! Excellent communication and local recommendations, easy check-in, comfortable beds, great location right on a major street but inside a lovely inner courtyard so quiet at night. The host was an absolute pleasure, friendly, proactive and responsive. The apartment - and the truly stunning deck filled with green and view of the Mole - were even better than the pictures described, beautifully decorated and stocked with all the basic necessities. An absolutely pleasure and would stay here again without hesitation!

This place was a little jewel. A gift hidden in the forrests. The drive up and down was magical each day. Note, you 100% need a car to be able to access the house. But once there, it's everything the listing says and more. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the beds are made, there are extra towels and napkins, there is wood for the fire, bottles of wine as welcome gifts. And the hosts! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. As a family that enjoyed their privacy, we were very grateful not to have to share the house with the host family. We were there on our own, the entire time. Children can scream and play and run around, with no fear of bothering anyone. The view from the dining room is to die for. This really was a magical find, and at an amazing price too.

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

We had a great stay at Clay's Villa San Lorenzo. It is a beautiful setting. The photos on the listing are already great but the experience staying there surpassed our expectations!

The house was well equipped and the spaces were suitable for the number of guests. In a quiet location, convenient to visit the area, comfortable to spend time with friends.

Marta was a great host, meeting us at check-in and check-out and communicating well with us when issues happened with the wood pellet burner. Piedmont is beautiful and while we did have bad weather throughout our stay (including national flood warnings) but the silver lining is that this is the perfect house for it - lots of space for multiple families and a playroom to keep the kids occupied.
