If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, in the Jaur valley, close to the PassaPaïs greenway and the Caroux massif, the "Paillet des Artistes" is a charming cottage renovated with taste and comfort. You will find here the calm away from the noises of the city... We welcome you all year round with a wood burning stove for winter! Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Atypical stone house, African huts

We offer this 65 m2 18th century stone house located in the heart of the old hamlet of Frangouille and whose exterior is decorated with sculptures. The hamlet, backed by woods and the Orb Mountains, is located in the upper Orb Valley. The house, filled with travel memories, is located in a very quiet area. Guests can take advantage of its covered terrace, facing south, the garden and we provide African huts (30 m² annex) located in the garden.

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.
