An unforgettable stay in Valras-plage! 🌊 I wanted to share my absolutely perfect experience when renting this apartment in Valras. The apartment was even better than in the photos: clean, spacious, bright and above all very well located, a short walk to the beach and shops. The owner was very kind, available and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was thought out for the comfort of the tenants (complete amenities, linen provided, small touches welcome). The terrace was a real plus to enjoy if the weather allowed breakfasts in the sun and evenings by the sea. And what to say about the view… Beautiful! I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely come back! A big thank you for this dream stay. 😊

Welcoming host, accommodation leaving a possibility of more than necessary activities without even using another means of locomotion than its two feet. Clean apartment, however the bedding leaves us doubt when we fell on hair in the bed. In short, good accommodation, easy to access and a good location of the latter. We recommend.

During our five-week stay, we felt very comfortable at the place. The location to the sea is particularly great, in 3 minutes you have already reached it on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is pleasantly large. Bernard, who lived above us, was always very friendly and very quick to reach. Gruissan is a cute little place and worth a visit. The only small drawback is that the Wi-Fi is rather weak, but you can also do well without Wi-Fi, as the place is so great!

Impeccable home, well arranged, well decorated. Georges is a very welcoming and accommodating host. We were able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than the announced check-in time to have our little boy take a nap. Thanks Georges, we recommend it!

(successful renovation) -: A lot of holiday cottages & campsites in the close proximity, out of season a little desolate and neighborhood can be refreshed.

It was great! The accommodation feels luxurious and has everything you need. The beach, shops and restaurants are 50 to 100 m away. The home has an outdoor space that is enclosed between apartments and other gardens, so you can sit quietly outside. Everything is enclosed so that even small children can play outside without problems.

Perfect! Very responsive host, we booked last minute, late morning and the accommodation was made available before the scheduled time (impeccable cleaning). The house combines all the advantages of a village house with the services of a very well-equipped villa. Very well located in a pretty village... We only want to come back soon!

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. Very nice apartment with a great view. The neighborhood is not very lively in early March and the shops are closed but the beach is really beautiful.

Pleasant stay in the property. We were put at apartment number 5, including a small terrace that was not mentioned in the listing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, no complaints. Just plan what to do with the dishes and clean it because nothing on site. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You can hear a lot of the outside from the bedroom despite the window and the shutter closed so it's a bit of a shame. Overall we were not disappointed, very good value for money, I recommend it!
