The Pech de Valprionde

We are now classed 2**. Discover a comfortable, fully equipped cottage with old time charm in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Félix. If you are looking for calm and the real experience of the Quercy countryside with its beautiful landscapes, it is an ideal location to escape from the bustle of city life. The nearest shops are about 10 km away. However, artistic, historic, and pre-historic sites, as well as fine regional cooking are easily accessible. Read Other Things to Note below.

Charming studio with garden

At the foot of the classified village, stop on the way to Santiago de Compostela, Lauzerte is located in the Tarn and Garonne at the gates of the Lot. I offer you, quietly, a charming 28m2 studio in an old building from the middle of the 19th century, where I live. You will have your independent entrance with a view of the garden where you can enjoy your meals . This accommodation is suitable for a couple and also with a baby (bed upon request). "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Notre logement est proche du Château abbatial, des vestiges de l'Abbaye Clunisienne et du musée ethnographique, de chemins de randonnée, de circuits de découverte en voiture. Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Cabin, Chalet in the forest

You'll love the cabin for the views, the calm and the location in the forest. Perfect for couples. We do not accept children under 12 years old, for safety reasons. The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.

Rental for transit or short-term

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. Breakfast included (coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurts, pastries, butter, jam)

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
