Family-friendly vacation rentals in Montaigu-de-Quercy

The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

We were welcomed by Didier one night. It was warm and thoughtful because he bought us a “survival kit” for breakfast and recommended us the exceptional places to visit…this area is a real favorite. The cottage is great, you feel at home very quickly with the spacious living room and its superb fireplace, the comfortable bedding, as well as the hot tub that served every day. The outside is amazing, it's in the middle of the quiet greenery, where crickets accompany our days and evenings. The cottage is equipped for children…toys, books, bikes, swings and slides. A stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil, it's easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful castles in the area as well as the restaurant downstairs. Didier, thank you so much for this week, it was perfect!

A real gem! The hospitality is impeccable. Gilles and Nicole are very accessible and extremely kind hosts. The cottage is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We quickly felt comfortable in this little piece of heaven. Everything is well thought out to fully enjoy the great comfort offered by this cottage.

Romain's place is located in the middle of the vineyards, perfect for resting and enjoying a quiet environment. Bergerac is only 10 min away by vehicle and many chateaux are to visit nearby. The accommodation is perfectly clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Jean Yves' lovely place. Located in a small village typical of the Heart of Causse, quiet, we enjoyed our stay with the family of our Lotois stay. Jean Yves is at the top,very welcoming, responsive, we will surely come back!.

Very nice accommodation that met our expectations of tranquility. The surrounding fields made our dog happy! Phil was very responsive and suggested activities. It's true that we were a little cold, luckily he had electric heaters.

A dream stay in a heavenly environment! Charming house with all modern comforts, a very large garden, out of sight with a beautiful pool. A pleasant village (Limogne) 5 minutes away for shopping and a great starting point for all walks and visits all around. Very beautiful area, peaceful and rich in discoveries. Excellent communication with Birdie the owner. We highly recommend it!

Jon was a great host and supplied everything we needed, also really quick to answer any questions. The place was amazing and in great condition, really nice rural location with plenty of towns to explore nearby for day trips. We had a lovely week and a half staying there and exploring the local area! The house has everything you need and the pool table, swimming pool & BBQ are perfect for relaxing days staying in and enjoying the sunshine! Thanks Jon!

Firstly the hosts were responsive from the moment we booked to right through to check out. It helps they live on-site so when we had questions/issued Tas was with us instantly. The house has an incredible wow factor, and the heated pool and outside setting was to die for. Perfect for a general pool party / bbq party. What we especially liked as 3 couples with babies and toddlers, Tas has a “just like home approach” meaning we were not at all worried about the kids. The house is well equipped and had 3 high chairs and cots (with matresses). The bedrooms are wonderful and beds very comfortable, for an old house even the shower pressure was good. This region is rural so with water nearby do expect the usual flies/bugs/mozzie. That said, I was not biten all week and there were ample citronella aids (raid) left in kitchen for us along with a welcome hamper. Hosts are English and cater for a UK audience very well. Noise was never a problem and we felt at ease al week.

Very pleasant stay, soothing, quiet among the rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Spacious and bright accommodation, tastefully furnished, functional and very well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. Warm contact with Liz attentive and discreet. What a pleasure to lie on a sunbed, a little before dawn to admire the starry sky, listen in the distance to the biting of the birds, then take your breakfast on the terrace under the first rays of sun, lulled by a gentle breeze. I highly recommend this beautiful performance.

Great house and great host! Family stay, house with all comforts, peaceful garden and pool, all without any overlook! Very quiet, It feels like the middle of nowhere and yet bcp of visits to do in the region, recommended by the host and never disappointed! Great location. Beautiful surroundings. Pool was amazing for the kids and a little bigger than it looks in the photos. Comfy beds, lots of storage and fresh towels with blankets to wrap up in on the evenings.

A great night, a beautiful starry sky and a beautiful home. Warm hosts and stunning pools. The sound of cicadas and beautiful weather. What more can I ask for?
