Monthly Rentals in Montalegre

The house is renovated and very comfortable, we would like to have noticed by the description that the outside area is far from the house.

Marisa and her family (husband, mother, father) have the character you wish for from every hostess. Generous, intuitive, good humored, and patient - my wife and I don't speak Portuguese. The Country House is as promised and then some. It's designed and appointed more for the dweller than the transcient - full kitchen and real comfy furniture. A happy home. Montalegre and environs has much to explore but it'll be the memory of the good folks that'll linger longest.

Second time I stay. It was beautiful, this time it snowed and we were amazed and the scenery. We will come back more.

It was an amazing surprise to stay in this little treasure. Maria Helena was an amazing host and explained everything right. Only those who are on this site really feel how special it is. From the common areas, to the windows between the bedrooms, living room and kitchen (even tastes to wash the dishes with that view), the much-loved "rooftop"/terrace, never drinking a cafe was so good. For those who need to rest a few days, this is undoubtedly one of the places to stay, 3 days that seemed like a week. No doubt I will return!! Our thanks to D.
