A very spacious and well-equipped place to stay. Very close to downtown but in a very quiet area. 100% recommended.

My stay at Eleonora’s was wonderful! The apartment was full of charm and had an authentic Tuscan vibe. The garden was a highlight—spacious and green, perfect for my dog to roam freely. The location was great, very peaceful with scenic walking routes right behind the house. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring the region—close to charming local towns with markets and within easy reach of bigger cities like Florence for day trips. Eleonora and Giulia were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Communication was always clear and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that heating and electricity is an additional cost and can be quite expensive (which Eleonora was very transparent about). Given the overall value of the stay, I found this to be reasonable, but it’s something to consider, especially in colder months when keeping the pellet stove running is essential. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d love to return!

Fascinating location well maintained with almost all the furnishings authentically period. Location in the center of an intriguing area. Authentic art deco cafe in front of them. Supermarket accessible three hundred meters away. Welcoming people from Romagna. Super recommended

Super stay. The accommodation is about a 10-minute drive from Urbino, in a very quiet and sheltered small historic center, with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Great for spending a few days in the local area and visiting the neighborhood, having everything you need for a small studio, and convenient parking near the property. Emma is very kind, responsive in communication, and available. Highly recommended!
