We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. I had a great stay at Rico & Dianas appartement! Host was friendly and also offered some extra treats during the stay. I dont speak Spanish but we figured out communication with Google translate :) Garage under the building was very convenient. Appartement was very clean and had everything to wish for. I recommended!

We had a very pleasant time in Oviedo. Ignacio was attentive at all times to us and communication was prompt and smooth. It provided us with a lot of information about the city and restaurants where to eat and dine. She also caught us the day of the blackout and cared at all times for us and our little one. Undoubtedly the best host we've had so far! As for the apartment, it is very well located. It is in the center with bars, restaurants, supermarkets… but in turn the area is very quiet. Inside it is as shown in the pictures. The bed is very comfortable and all very clean. In our case, we were going with a baby and they gave us a high chair, cot, bathtub… Also highlighting the tray that left us with breakfast for several days. 100% recommended for both the apartment and the host Ignacio!
