Located on the east side of Santa Cruz on a quiet street with beach access at the end of the street. Walking distance to Harbor and beaches. A 5 min. drive to the boardwalk (check out my Guidebook for more details on dining, entertainment, etc.). Guests are welcome to use our beach equipment, bikes, boogie boards, etc. There are also 2 bbqs - one gas, one Charcoal.
