Vacation rentals with a sauna in Montevideo

Highly recommend for business travelers looking for a super location in the nicest part of Montevideo metropolitan area: 30mn from downtown, by the beach, and close to the center of charming Carrasco

The building is new, with polite gatekeepers and very well cared for. It also has a leisure structure that helps a lot in the fitness routine. The apartment is basic and serves trips as a couple or between friends. The region is good. I was very pleased, I would and would come back.

Juan is the host and administrator of the property. He's not the owner. She is a very loving and executive person. Soon she was able to fix some issues without a problem. I suggest the owner increase the cleaning fee, because the one in it is not real. You get paid a lot less and I think it's not fair. The apartment is very nicely located and very comfortable with a wide street window on the first floor of the building. I spent a few very pleasant days. I recommend it. We loved the location! And the rooftop pool and deck were spectacular! Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from!!

Great apartment, well equipped. Peaceful and quiet, protected from cold wind, overlooking trees and smaller buildings. Responsive and helpful host. Located in new building of good quality with friendly porteros, warm swimming pool and sauna (jacuzzi was broken when we stayed). The building is across the road from two beaches, both good for walks, jogging and swimming. This part of Montevideo is clean, walkable and quiet.

Excellent place to stay. My family and I loved the quietness and the relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will stay here again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Professional service from the reception to the cleaning crew. Overall a great experience, totally recommend.
