Downtown, bright and warm , over the ocean, wifi

Comfortable apt meters from the sea. Fully equipped, it has a gym, swimming pool, 2 barbecues, and bicycle rack. It is located between the Centro and the Old City of Montevideo. A meters to the north we find the historical and financial area of the city, Presidency of the Republic, Teatro Solís, Plaza Independencia, Puerta de la Ciudadela, area of museums and restaurants, including the classic Mercado del Puerto. Meters south, we have the Rambla, a walk that connects us to the east area.

It is a beautiful apartment, very bright, all its rooms have a view of the beach. It is located in one of the best areas in Montevideo in terms of beauty and safety. It is very close to Punta Carretas Shopping, where there are all kinds of shops, a spa, gym, and restaurants. Two blocks away is the Villa Biarritz Fair, where they sell our handicrafts. There is a lot of transportation in the area, making it easy to get around the city.
