Clean and well designed apartment in the old city. The architecture and design of the house is truly fascinating. Close to the sea coast with possibilities to walk or run along the coast line forever without interruptions. Bring your best sneakers and reward yourself afterwards with a visit to the nearby restaurant Es Mercat.

Rafael’s place is wonderfully located within meters of a popular beach as well as great restaurants and supermarkets. This is my third stay and as always, it was absolutely fabulous- highly recommended!

Nicolas' stay is pleasantly spacious and cozy. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the airport. All the amenities described in the listing are available and work well! Nicolas is very kind and helpful. We had a problem with the central heating boiler, but Nicolas was very quick to fix the problem, for which thanks again! As far as we are concerned, absolutely recommended!

If you are staying in Montevideo, this is the place. You are only 2 blocks from Montevideo Shopping Center, Tienda Inglesa, plus numerous restaurants. The apt., although close to everything, is extremely quiet as you are surrounded by side streets. Gustavo does everything to make your stay great!!!! Thank you Gustavo!!!!

The main advantage of this apartment is the location and a beautiful view from the window to Positos and the sky. Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants. The studio is very compact. Everything you need is there. Adriana met and escorted me. It was comfortable to communicate with her. I recommend!

Everything was as I had to be. A building with excellent facilities. And a very generous apartment, with a lot of placard.

The whole house smells very nice, I like the style very much. Quick respond of the owner, and so patient to solve problems of mine.I will choose it again when I go to Uruguay next time.

Great stay and would book here again! Host very responsive. Place is a studio with all the basic things you need. Wifi is fast, two blocks from the beach, and buses / restaurants / food store close by
